Fascia boards are another forgotten part of the roof. Like soffits, they are an essential part of an integrated and functioning roof, but how many people give them any attention ? Until they go wrong.

Fascia boards are made of PVC or wood, and they support the bottom row of tiles, acting as a support for your guttering. They are joined to the soffits. The fascia and soffits together regulate the ventilation for the roof space. They also protect the roof from wildlife such as birds, squirrels and rates. A roof needs both soffits and fascia to work correctly.

Problem Solved
